		<description>It&#039;s about freakin&#039; time. :-) I was beginning to think this blog was a website for your ski portrait images. Great shots! When you said Courtney though, I was thinking your subject was female. I thought, man, that is one burly woman. Then I saw the last shot and felt a little less disturbed. I loved the Norway shots as well. Looks like a great trip.</description>

This was all shot on a Canon 1DmkIII  @10fps with three fast primes (35, 50, &amp; 85mm).  Shooting &#039;machine-gun&#039; style is definitely not my favorite way of doing it, but I didn&#039;t have a lot of time to dial in each setup...

Color is mostly done in post (PSCS4) with a small army of curves adjustment layers.  I don&#039;t use any presets or actions (beyond the one used to keep everything organized), so absent any outside art-direction the color palette just sort of evolves as I react to the subject matter and whatever mood I&#039;m in :)</description>
